SiM is a Japanese loud rock and reggae-punk band formed in Shonan, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan in 2004.
The band features a fast-paced sound that incorporates reggae with alternative metal, hardcore, screamo, punk, metalcore, and thrash metal. The band effectively uses metallic riffs and shouts to create a unique atmosphere.
They’ve also done the theme song for the Japanese anime Attack on Titan, so they’re a band to watch!
When I listen to rock music with vocal parts inserted with auto-tune, I feel that it’s going to be something great.
It’s like the blues, but the great thing about rock is that it can take any musical element and take it to the next stage.
